    A meeting point for photographers. It honours Gjon Mili, one of the most accomplished Korça artistsand photographers of the 20th century. He was born on November 24, 1904, in Korça, andimmigrated to Romania with his family before finally settling in the United States, where he earned adegree in lighting engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is known as thefirst photographer to use the electronic flash and to capture motion in photography. The museumdedicated to his life and work is located in the pedestrian area of the city in the reconstructedbuilding, which was once known as the "Romanian villa". In this museum, 240 photographs of Miliare exhibited, his sayings, but also of his collaborators or people who knew him closely. The entiremuseum consists of spaces such as: the event and exhibition hall, the long exposure experimentroom, the stroboscopic lighting experiment room, the personal life pavilion, the documentary room,as well as the professional life pavilion.
